FACADES & FRAME STRUCTURES
UPB calls this 3C (3 construction) solution. Under these projects, the customer is provided with full external shell of the building under a single contract and single responsibility.

Thanks to prefabricated concrete, steel and glass engineers working together from the early stages, an ideal combination of frame and facade is made possible. UPB will provide a much more accurate quotation and suitable frame and facade solutions as a BIM model.

Prefabricated concrete structures are produced in two advanced factories in Liepāja and Daugavpils. Steel structures are produced at the Grobiņa plant, while the glass structures are made at four plants in Liepāja. UPB has more than 130 professional construction and building engineers with extensive design experience in the Nordic countries, Germany and Eastern Europe.
