We are only available for emergencies between 11:00 and 11:30 and 13:00 and 14:00.

Make an appointment

Consultation hours by appointment

The consultation hour is held on every working day. You must always make an appointment in advance for the consultation hour. Do you have multiple complaints or questions? Please indicate this when making the appointment, so that we can take this into account in the agenda.

You can call the practice for an appointment on working days between 08:00 and 11:00. For simple questions you can also use the telephone consultation hour.

When making an appointment, the assistant will ask about the reason for your contact. She has been trained for this purpose and does so to estimate the nature and urgency of your complaints as accurately as possible. The assistant is (just like the doctor) obliged to treat your information confidentially.

If it is not possible to come to the practice yourself, the doctor can also visit you at home. The assistant assesses, possibly together with the GP, whether a home visit will be made. The home visit is not intended for people who do not have the time or transport to come to regular consultation hours.

Walk-in hours

There is no walk-in consultation hour

Presence

  • Doctor Boddaert: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
  • Dokter de Bruijn: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
  • Doctor Geurts: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

Telephone consultation hour

For simple questions you can use the telephone consultation hour. This has the advantage that you do not have to come to the practice.

The telephone consultation hour takes place every working day between 11:00 and 12:30.

You can make an appointment for this between 08:00 and 11:00.

How does it work? The assistant will speak to you and can often help you directly. In addition, every question is presented to the doctor. You will call them back at another time.

For the results of examinations you can call between 08:00 and 11:00 hours.

Home visit

If it is not possible to come to the practice yourself, the doctor can also visit you at home. For example, because you are too ill, (temporarily) disabled or have difficulty walking.

The assistant assesses, possibly together with the GP, whether a home visit will be made.

In practice, the options for examination and treatment are better.

The home visit is not intended for people who do not have the time or transport to come to regular consultation hours.

Evening, night and weekend shift

The observation in the evenings, at night and during the weekend is arranged by the out-of-hours GP. All GPs in the North Limburg region work together at the GP post.

Opening hours: The GP post is open every working day after 5 pm, on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays.

You should always make an appointment by phone on 0900-8818 (15 cents / minute)

Keep your insurance details and citizen service number at hand when making an appointment.

Assistance and practice support

Assistants

The assistant is the first to speak to you when you call the practice. She makes appointments for consultation hours, home visits and telephone consultation hours. She knows the answers to many practical questions, such as referrals and recipes. You can also call her for urine or blood test results and for repeat prescriptions.

In addition, the doctor’s assistants perform various actions on the instructions of the doctors:

  • blood pressure measurement
  • touch of warts
  • bandaging wounds
  • ear syringing
  • removing stitches
  • urine test
  • sugar, Hb and CRP measurement
  • providing information leaflets
  • ECG
  • spirometry

Practice assistant

Practice assistants are employed in our practice. Under the responsibility of the resident physician , they take on a number of tasks, such as organizing the diabetes and hypertension consultation hour, providing guidance in chronic diseases, providing lifestyle advice such as quitting smoking and care for the elderly.

Research results

If your doctor has requested an investigation for you, you must own to call for the results.

This applies to both results of examinations that take place in practice as well as those carried out by the hospital on behalf of your general practitioner.

For the results of examinations, you can call between 08:00 and 11:00.

Your doctor will inform you of the result during the telephone consultation hour. Or, if the doctor has already assessed the result when you call, the assistant will short-circuit it with you.
