Herslev Bryghus is an organic farm brewery . We consist of a handful of brewers and beer farmers, salesmen, kitchen people, beer drivers and office mice, who all work daily at the brewery in the village of Herslev. Herslev Bryghus is one of Denmark’s few farm breweries; that is, the grain for the beer is grown in the fields around the brewery. The beer is served completely fresh from the tank in the farm shop, where you can also taste Fjordlandet in both home-baked, organic meat and seasonal vegetables.
