In recent years, the National Education Museum has developed as a project organization with a staff size of approximately 9 FTEs. The museum intends to further develop project-based working in the coming years. In addition, efforts are made to professionalise by seeking cooperation with other organizations.

The museum is strongly committed to fulfilling a social task. That is why there will always be many volunteers and interns working in the museum. The museum currently works with about 100 volunteers consisting of retirees, college interns, social interns and returners.
