Restaurant No.61 serves food from the classic Danish and European cuisine. They try to represent the traditional chefs’ virtues and let the kitchen reflect Danish gastronomic cultural history. In order to do this they preserve, salt, smoke, cold cure, cook, roast and braise and respect and continue the gastronomic Danish heritage.
