It is the realization of dreams and a testimony of dedication and love for Herceg Novi. It all started as an ambitious construction project, conceived as a residential building with units for sale. The idea was to create a modern and functional living space in our city, but as the project progressed we realized that we had the opportunity to create something much bigger and more significant. The inspiration came spontaneously, from the heart. We saw the beauty in the possibility of our space becoming a haven for travelers, adventurers, families and all those looking for a place to rest and relax. Herceg Novi is a city rich in history, culture and natural beauty, and we wanted to be part of that experience, to provide our guests with a place where they will feel at home and be able to feel the true spirit of the Adriatic. With that thought in mind, we decided to make a significant turn – to turn our residential building project into the Apart Hotel MS Katunjanin.

As we mentioned at the beginning, this decision was not only a business strategy but an expression of our desire to provide all visitors to Herceg Novi with a place that will welcome them with warmth and hospitality.
