ArtLoft Hotel is located in the heart of the city, in the “Nišava” Palace which is one of the buildings that symbolises the Moderna architecture, ever since 1930’s.
It was built in 1936 after the project of the famous architect and painter named Gligorie Samojlov. The famous architect of Russian origin left a great mark in Serbian architecture. The Nišava Palace, where this hotel is situated, was declared a cultural monument in 1987.
With its artistic concept, ArtLoft Hotel is a kind of homage to this great artist, who was not only an architect but also a painter. Each room in this hotel presents one painter from Niš, therefore all the rooms are named after the art works in them. Our wish is to present our guests with both great visual experience and artistic scene of our city.

Having been modernly designed in a historical building, the hotel represents the combination of traditional architecture and contemporary design. The name “ArtLoft” suggests that the space is designed in a way that combines art and living space, creating a unique and creative environment.
ArtLoft Hotel offers 14 modern and elegant accommodation units: 8 standard rooms , 1 duplex apartment and 5 premium rooms. Each room is equipped with the following contents: an electronic key, mini bar, LED TV, digital TV, free WI-FI, air condition, the possibility of getting a complete darkness in a room by using blackout curtains, soundproof doors and windows, bathrobe and slippers, hair dryer, and extra toilet accessories. All bathrooms have exclusive sanitary equipment of extra quality, marked by KLUDI and OLIMPIA. The shower baths are made of unique tempered glass, while toilet accessories and AQUA SENSE cosmetics are products of German manufacturers.
Within the hotel there is an aperitif bar where you can enjoy a pleasant start of a new day while drinking a coffee, or just a part of the working day, afternoon or evening with your friends while tasting a rich selectition of both soft and alcoholic drinks, which we have carefully chosen only for you. The working hours of the aperitif bar are 24 hours a day and you can choose to have your drink either there or in the comfort of your room since our room service is available for you at any time.
During working days a buffet breakfast is being served from 7:00 to 10:00, and from 08:00 to 11:00 during weekends. According to your wish, you can choose to have a breakfast served at other time and in your room. It will be our pleasure to make a special breakfast for guests with special diets.
We made sure that in all accommodation units, as well as in common areas, guests have quick access to the free hotel’s wi-fi network. In our city tap water is bacteriologically safe for drinking. However, bottled water will still be waiting for you in the room as a small welcome present. In the rooms’ mini bars you can find an extremely affordable offer of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks and sweets.
If you want your luggage to be carried into or out of your room, please do not hesitate to point this out at the reception. In case you need to check in earlier or check out later, feel free to leave your luggage in the hotel as it will be in a special room provided for this where your luggage will be under secure surveillance. For our guests arriving by a car, we have provided free parking spots in front of the hotel with 24 hour video surveillance.
