Bingo d.o.o. Tuzla has been operating since 1993 and has achieved great success in its primary activity — retail trade.
Besides retail, our group includes several other industries and businesses such as detergent and household products manufacturing, production of chips and snacks, egg production, broiler chicken farming, pasta manufacturing, spice and soup production, textile industry, furniture manufacturing, paper products, brewery, gravel production, and renewable energy production and utilization.
We have also significantly expanded our hospitality operations, with restaurants featuring pleasant atmospheres and rich offerings in each of our larger centers, as well as hotels within our group. Furthermore, modern shopping centers have become a new direction for our business. Currently, we operate ten shopping centers: Bingo City Center Tuzla, Bingo City Center Sarajevo, Alta Shopping Center, Bingo City Center Ilidža, BTC Merkur, BTC Živinice, Retail Park Mostar, BTC Bihać, TC Banja Luka, and Zenica City Center.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Bingo is a socially responsible company in all aspects of its operations. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) recognized us as a responsible company and partner. In cooperation with EBRD, we have implemented several projects, notably those focused on energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. Our primary goal is to lead both in business and social responsibility. Besides providing customers with an excellent shopping environment and the lowest prices, we strive to raise awareness about our higher goals and social responsibility. Our operations are also deeply rooted in humanitarian work. We assist socially vulnerable groups in various ways. In 2014, we were honored with the title “Best Friend of SOS Kinderdorf BH,” which we have continued to uphold since.
We are also active in raising environmental awareness.
We are proud co-founders of the non-profit packaging waste management organization “Eko život.” We support and implement projects aimed at promoting ecological consciousness and improving living conditions in local communities.

Success requires hard work, patience, investment in human resources and young professionals, but above all, passion for the work you do. Results may not be immediately visible; it takes time for the efforts to pay off.

We continuously improve our operations, listen to our customers’ needs, and by emphasizing domestic products in our stores, we strengthen the economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In our efforts to promote domestic products, we find ways to overcome the challenges faced by local companies. We pay special attention to the placement of domestic products on our shelves to attract customer attention. We want to emphasize that domestic products are of high quality, competitive with foreign products, and should be recognized as such.
Our Goal
We aim to become the absolute leader in retail trade in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to be accessible to everyone. By promoting the value of domestic products, providing a pleasant shopping atmosphere, offering the lowest prices in the region, and maintaining a socially responsible relationship with the environment, we want to become the most desirable shopping destination in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
