Kotor, a medieval town that is on the UNESCO World Heritage Site list has got a new boutique hotel Hippocampus in a renovated building of the 17th century, which is a perfect combination of luxury and privacy in the middle of the Boka Bay. Nine outstanding rooms and suites introduces you to the ancient Mediterranean world of luxury and design of 21st century. Original interior stone walls from the 17 century are combined with stone from Nepal. The floors are made of oak wood, large format ceramic or covered with modern materials. Apartment doors and cabinets are covered with gold leaf, and bathroom doors are made of matte safety glass.
