PU “Center for Adult Education” Tuzla was created in response to the needs of the labor market, in a way that we have defined the offer of adult education programs through the required occupations, ie knowledge and skills needed for faster development, not only in business but also in public sector of society. Based on these indicators, we have defined our enrollment policy, then the policy of quality of teaching content, and the policy of financing the implementation of curricula in this institution.

Guided by the idea of ​​being what you want to be, of being professionally trained for occupations that guarantee success in life and work, we have established an institution, accessible to all under equal conditions, an institution that is part of the modern system of lifelong learning. In this educational center, technical-technological development and the needs of the labor market are systematically monitored, and in accordance with that, the teaching process is improved, ie, it is supplemented with curricula for occupations that are in demand on the labor market, and the highest quality personnel and material-technical resources in order to realize the highest quality teaching process.

The mismatch between supply and demand, between the existing skills of the skilled workforce and the skills required and demanded by employers, forces all unemployed or employed persons, ie those who want to get a job, keep an existing job or advance in their business career to continuing education. Precisely, this form of education is our core business by which we realize the concept of lifelong learning, bearing in mind the fact that a new era has come and that education can not stop at traditional forms but must be innovative, ready for new challenges of the modern business world.
