The care activities are carried out mainly on the main site of the hospital (Broussais hospital), which has 10 technical platforms (operating theater, obstetrical block, endoscopy center, hemodialysis center, cardiology, pneumology, ENT, rehabilitation, imaging, echodopplers) and a medical biology laboratory.
The hospital also includes outdoor sites:

• The Rosais site (psychiatry, addictology) and care for the elderly at the Maison de la Briantais,
• Les Corbières (palliative care, care for the elderly),
• Ernest Renan day hospital (psychiatry),
• Medico-psychological consultation centers in Dinard, Dol de Bretagne, Combourg and Baguer Pican,
• The EHPAD of La Haize.
