One of those things is making sure you get a good price. We can do that because we skip the unnecessary stuff. A lot of that stuff is often called “Service” in other establishments, and usually comes at a lofty price. Like “Room Service”, that’s often just an excuse to charge you extra money for a poor menu delivered on your door, consistently half an hour too late.
Another “Service” is having some guy burst into your room at inappropriate hours to replenish your overpriced minibar with mini bottles and old chocolate. You’ll find everything you need in our Lobby Bar instead, at half the price.
Or how about “Concierge Service”. That means getting in line to talk to an overdressed guy who probably prefers other things than you do. We’ve got tech to deal with that, check out the Mac computers in the lobby.
Or if you like that personal touch just grab a hold of our staff for tips around the city. That’s not service though, that’s just what you’d expect from any friendly local.

Pet friendly
We love pets and of course you can bring your dog along, for a small extra charge of EUR 15 a night. Contact us and we’ll help you to book one of our special pet-friendly rooms. There is, of course, no extra charge if you’re travelling with a guide dog.

Lobby shop
You’ll find a wide range of stuff in our lobby shop, from mineral water, beer, sandwiches, salads, yoghurt and crisps to fitness clothing, toothbrushes, condoms, shoe polish and hair care products. And by the way… we’ve done a bit of thinking on your behalf, so pretty much everything we sell is sensible and healthy. That means easy choices! And this is Comfort – we don’t believe in fancy prices.
