High school “Dr Mustafa Kamarić” in Gračanica, was founded in 1959. The school is located in the same building as the Mixed High School.

The high school has 3 cabinets for biology, chemistry and informatics, 10 specialized classrooms and a gym, which it shares with the Mixed High School.

The foreign languages taught at the school are English, German and Latin. About 230 students attend classes.
