Dyntec spol. s ro, is one of the most important Czech pharmaceutical manufacturers. He specializes in the development and production of biopreparations, especially vaccines. The company’s products continue the successful tradition of vaccine production of the former company Bioveta Terezín, sp, for the veterinary market at home and abroad. We continue this tradition and dynamically develop the production of Czech medicines both for the Czech market and mainly for export.

The state enterprise Bioveta Terezín was founded in 1948. The main task of this enterprise was research, diagnostics and production of vaccines against very dangerous infections, foot-and-mouth disease. From 1973 to 1978, Biovet Terezín built the most modern technology for the production of foot-and-mouth disease vaccines in the world at that time. The complete technological unit was delivered by the Swiss company Chemap and the production was carried out under a French license. The decision of the European Union, in the early 1990s, banned the vaccination of animals against foot-and-mouth disease, and for this reason the production of the foot-and-mouth disease vaccine in Bioveta Terezín was terminated.

Throughout the 1990s, under Dyntec s ro Terezín, intensive development of new products took place in order to replace the failure of the foot-and-mouth disease vaccine. At present, the company Dyntec s ro produces 30 new medicinal products, mainly vaccines for dogs, pigs and rabbits.

During the 1990s, based on the requirements of the European Union and the state authorities of the Czech Republic, some major reconstructions and construction of new clean rooms were carried out as required by the relevant standards. At the beginning of the 1990s, it was the construction of clean rooms for filling sterile preparations. In 1997, clean rooms were built for a microbiology laboratory and a virology laboratory for the production of antigens. In 2002, Dyntec was hit by a major flood, which destroyed the entire 1st floor of the production pavilion.

During 2003, a project was prepared for the renovation of the production premises on the 1st floor of the production pavilion, construction began and at the beginning of 2004 installation, operational and process qualifications took place. It involved the construction of a new station for the preparation of pure steam, a new station for the preparation of filtered filtered water, including compressed air production. Furthermore, during 2003, a complete reconstruction of heat production took place, and new boiler rooms were built, including a central boiler room. On the 1st floor of the production pavilion, production laboratories for the preparation of liquid sterile medicinal products were built and put into operation.

In the second half of 2006, production facilities for the preparation of bacterial antigens were completed on the 1st floor of the production pavilion, and at the beginning of 2007 the necessary qualifications were carried out.

As part of the Specialized Vaccine Development Center project, project registration number 4.2 PT02 / 129, a complete reconstruction of part of the 2nd floor of the production pavilion was carried out during 2011 in the scope of: inoculum preparation laboratory, biofermentation laboratory, media preparation laboratory, tissue culture laboratory and washroom glass and auxiliary material, including auxiliary spaces.

The company Dyntec spol. s ro also connected the reconstruction of the existing premises of the microbiological laboratory, the virological laboratory and the lyophilization and adjustment department.

At the beginning of 2012, the company’s management decided to implement a prestigious international quality management system according to EN ISO 9001: 2008 and environmental protection according to EN ISO 14001: 2004. The reason for this decision is the effort to further improve the development and production of medicinal products and related services.

In 2014, the process of expanding the existing premises for infectious production of viral antigens and expanding the existing premises of the bacterial antigen production department was started. This reconstruction, within the scope of the extension of the existing premises, is taking place within the project “Extension of the existing specialized center for vaccine development with a section for preparation and storage of antigens on rollers”. The deadline for the completion of the reconstruction process is August 2015, when the relevant qualifications and validation will begin.

In order to increase the standard of production and control premises of Dyntec s ro, a complete reconstruction of the premises of the chemical part of the laboratory of the control department was carried out in Q2 2015 in the scope of building modifications and complete equipment with laboratory furniture, so that the premises fully comply with current standards.
