The foundation deed issued by the Regional Authority of the Vysocina region – adopted a resolution by the Vysocina region č.045 / 05/01 / ZK of 18. 9. 2001, as amended by amendment no. 1 founding charter of the approved resolution by the Vysocina Region no. 205/08/2002 / ZK of 17 December 2002 and as amended by Resolution of the Vysočina Regional Council No. 151/03/2003 / ZK of 17 June 2003.

10. Receipt of applications and other submissions
At the address of the office for a personal visit during office hours, or by e-mail at the address of the e-filing office, it is possible to submit a request or complaint, submit a proposal, initiative or other request or receive a decision on the rights and obligations of persons.
11. Remedies
An appeal against the decision to refuse to provide information may be lodged with the locally competent regional authority, through the school principal, within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision, or from the expiration of the application deadline in the case referred to in Article 11 (4).
