Hotel operates in a villa dating from 1898 as a protected cultural property.
Situated on a romantic location, overlooking the historic center of Tisno and drawbridge which connects Tisno with the island of Murter.
The nearness of the coasts provides a warm and intimate atmosphere. Constant tides of the sea and the sky play in everyday little spectacles , creating a relaxing scenography for life happening in the hotel.
The villa has had three owners so far. The residential era started with Paškvalin family, a wealthy Italian merchants when Dalmatia, as well as Tisno, were the part of Austro- Hungarian Monarchy. The story goes on through the time of Kingdom of Yugoslavia, then Yugoslavia when the house became the property of Kaleb family. The house was used as a residence with a shop, doctor’s office, tavern and a bar. During the time of Croatia’s independence, the house changed its owners for the third time.
Radić family adapts and recreates the space again, which has gained a new sense and life: a home away from home, a place for rest, refreshment and enjoyment to all the travellers.
