HIFA-OIL CG Ltd. was founded in May 2017, with its headquarters in Podgorica. The founder of HIFA-OIL CG is HIFA-OIL Ltd. Tešanj, which operates as the most significant private distributor of petroleum derivatives in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
HIFA-OIL, as the largest private oil distributor, has been developing two main business directions since its inception: “white” derivatives, including diesel, gasoline, heating oil, JET, LPG, and “black” derivatives, which relate to bitumen and fuel oil. In addition, it is expanding into new business segments that complement its core activity, where petrochemicals and gas play a significant role. Covering these distinctly different market areas of petroleum derivatives allows for a dispersed market structure and more progressive development.
The main products and services offered by the company, as already mentioned, are white derivatives which include ISOMAX premium eurodiesel, eurodiesel, Eurosuper 95, Eurosuper 98, and black oil derivatives including asphalt bitumen and fuel oil LUS-I, LPG – liquefied petroleum gas, as well as the transport of these products.
HIFA-OIL CG is present in retail with 3 gas stations. The locations of the gas stations are at two addresses in Podgorica:
- Bulevar Mihaila Lalića (Tološka šuma) and Cijevna bb, Podgorica.

In the near future, we expect the completion of the construction of a hall for the purpose of a sales and storage facility for Euro Metale and Euro Roal, as well as the opening of the 4th Hifa Oil station in Podgorica. The expansion of the retail network continues in 2022, expecting a 50% increase in the number of locations. Since its founding in 2017, Hifa-Oil CG has entered the category of leading distributors of white derivatives in the Montenegrin market. According to the latest data from 2020, the sales of white derivatives amounted to approximately 11,267 tons. It is important to note that the number of markets with a demand for black derivatives is increasing, which means that from a procurement and sales perspective, Hifa-Oil CG is advancing further into neighboring countries. Additionally, a serious approach in the field of bitumen sales is significantly supported by transportation units. Hifa-Oil CG owns a fleet of specialized tankers for transporting bitumen, and we also have contracts with other carriers from both Montenegro and the region. This means that, depending on the needs, we have access to a large number of transportation units for bitumen, which can meet the demands and requirements of any infrastructure project in Southeast Europe.
