In Hotel “Haus Freiburg” is situated up on a hill overlooking the sea and the pine woods. The hotel is situated in a serene residential area, away from the crowd and noise pollution.
The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. It goes without saying that the pine trees breathe new life into our lungs, the lungs of asthma sufferers, and those affected by various kinds of respiratory diseases. When it comes to our hotel, each and every room has got a balcony, and is equipped with air conditioning both in living room and bedroom, digital Sat-tv, and a refrigerator.
We cooperate with the most renowned beaches throughout Ulcinj, including the well-known Kitesurfing beach school which offers unique surfing classes for all levels. The lessons are held in four languages, respectively: Albanian, Serbian, English and German.

Hotel House Freiburg comprises 4 family apartments with kitchens. There are 4 double rooms, one junior suite, one studio apartment with kitchen, one economy room with possibilities to make tea and coffee and a penthouse with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with an area of 170 sqm. Each unit has got its parking place, satellite TV, wi-fi, air-conditioning and a terrace with sea view. Our outdoor pool is located on the sunny terrace where our guests can enjoy the sun and where you can be served with cocktails and various drinks by our staff. The hotel is run by the family.You can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of our hotel restaurant and try some of our international specialties: fish, meat, vegetarian, pizzas, pastas, sweets… We also offer half-board services. The daily menu contains various dishes for your choice. It is also possible to order dishes a la carte.
