Industrial is located in a significant historical part of Kragujevac, within the complex of the former “Zastava”, in one of the administrative buildings, whose authenticity is retained by creative renovation in the interior and exterior design, with emphasis on comfort and luxury. It is surrounded by museums “Stara livnica” and “Stara Zastava”, which are an integral part of the historical cultural property “Prince Arsenal”, although it is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center (1.1 km) in a quiet and intimate ambience.
