Restoran “Miramare“ posluje 40 godina, a svakodnevno povjerenje gostiju zaslužuje prije svega ljubaznim osobljem te svježim i kvalitetnim namirnicama. Nalazi se u sklopu hotela te raspolaže s unutarnjom te dvije vanjske terase.
Gastronomska ponuda otoka Krka pa tako i Njivica iznikla je iz kuhinje starih Bodulki, koje su stoljećima ranije prehranjivale svoje obitelji ograničenim izborom namjernica. Ipak, jelo se vrlo zdravo: puno ribe s domaćim maslinovim uljem, razno povrće s mediteranskim začinima (ružmarin, lovorov list…), kvalitetno domaće vino. Danas se krčka kuhinja doživljava kao pravi gastro užitak i cijenjena je diljem svijeta. Stoga nam je cilj održati tradiciju u ponudi naših specijaliteta te ju upotpuniti raznovrsnom ponudom svježe ribe i morskih plodova.
Doživljaj možete upotpuniti uz čašu dobrog hrvatskog vina. Također, organiziramo vjenčanja, krstitke i ostale proslave.

Restaurant “Miramare” operates 40 years, and every day trust of our guests deserves, above all, with friendly staff and fresh and quality ingredients. It is located within the hotel and has an internal and two external terraces.
The gastronomic offer of the island Krk including Njivice emerged from the kitchen of old local women, who centuries earlier fed their families with a limited selection of the groceries. However, the dishes were very healthy: lots of fish with olive oil, mixed vegetables with Mediterranean herbs (rosemary, bay leaf …), quality homemade wine. Today, islands kitchen is considered a gastronomic delight and is highly respected around the world. It is our goal to keep the tradition in the offer of our specialties, and then complement it with variety of fresh fish and seafood.
The experience can be complemented with a glass of fine Croatian wine.
Also, we organize weddings, christenings and other celebrations. With our creative cooks, courteous waiters and excellent Mediterranean cuisine, your satisfaction will be complete.

Restaurant “Miramare” betreibt 40 Jahre, und jeden Tag das Vertrauen unserer Gäste verdient, vor allem mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern und frischen und hochwertigen Zutaten. Es befindet sich im Hotel und hat eine interne und zwei externe Terrassen.
Das gastronomische Angebot der Insel Krk einschließlich Njivice entstand aus der Küche der alten örtlichen Frauen, die Jahrhunderte zuvor ihre Familien mit einer begrenzten Auswahl an Lebensmitteln gefüttert hatten. Allerdings waren die Gerichte sehr gesund: viel Fisch mit Olivenöl, gemischtes Gemüse mit mediterranen Kräutern (Rosmarin, Lorbeerblatt …), Qualität hausgemachter Wein. Heute ist die Inselküche eine gastronomische Freude und wird auf der ganzen Welt hoch angesehen. Es ist unser Ziel, die Tradition im Angebot unserer Spezialitäten zu bewahren und dann mit viel frischen Fisch und Meeresfrüchten zu ergänzen. Die Erfahrung kann mit einem guten Glas kroatischen Wein ergänzt werden.
Auch organisieren wir Hochzeiten, Taufen und andere Feierlichkeiten.

Ristorante “Miramare” opera 40 anni, e una fiducia degli ospiti quotidiana merita sopra tutto il personale cordiale e ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Si trova all’ interno dell’ hotel e ha un interno e due terrazze esterne.
L’offerta gastronomica dell’isola di Krk, tra cui Njivice, è uscita dalla cucina di vecchie donne locali, che secoli prima alimentato le loro famiglie, con una selezione limitata di generi
alimentari. Tuttavia, i piatti erano molto sani: un sacco di pesce con olio d’oliva, verdure miste con erbe mediterranee (rosmarino, alloro …), vino fatto in casa di qualità. Oggi, cucina dell’ isola è considerata una delizia gastronomica ed è molto rispettato in tutto il mondo. Il nostro obiettivo è di mantenere la tradizione nell’offerta delle nostre specialità, e poi integrarla con varietà di pesce fresco e frutti di mare.
L’esperienza può essere completata con un bicchiere di un buon vino croato.
