The long-standing family tradition begins in 1975 when our grandparents Rosa and Mario laid the foundations of the Zlatna vala restaurant, today a hotel that has become one of the must-visit gastro destinations of Northwestern Istria, situated in a tiny bay with the most beautiful sea view and golden sunsets.
Over the years we improved our menu, introducing novelties in our offer and ambience, however one thing has never changed – our warm welcome and your trust, which we (work hard to) justify by carefully listening to your wishes and offering you a unique experience. We couldn’t be any more proud of all our regular guests who visit us time and time again.
