The company JOTER d.o.o. was established in 2002. Its headquarters and main location are in Kruševac.

The business premises and warehouse are located at Kralja Aleksandra Ujedinitelja Street 1A (next to the Roda Center). In early July 2010, a branch office was opened in Niš, at Mramorska 9.

The core activity of JOTER is the import, export, and wholesale and retail sale of construction materials on the domestic and regional markets.
