Logistics
A system you can trust
KimTec has the excellent logistics support in Montenegro, and its aim is to guarantee the prompt and top-quality delivery of products to its partners. Its distribution centre in Podgorica is organised and equipped with cutting-edge technology for monitoring the item flow in the warehouse, and is supported by the company’s own WMS Philodendron application, so that at any moment its employees know the exact location and movement of any one of 2,500 items, as well as to which partner and when it should be delivered.
KimTec has a specialized expert team, supported by unique planning methods, responsible for optimizing procurement routes with the aim of minimizing operating costs and delivery times.

Our main electronic service centre is located in Podgorica, and covers 217 m² of floor space. It is equipped with the latest technology and cutting-edge measuring and calibrating devices necessary for an efficient operation and top results. However, all this equipment would mean little without our highly dependable and technically trained employees, who continuously undergo specialized training both in Croatia and abroad. All employees hold the internationally recognized CompTIA A+ certificate, which complies with the ISO 17024 standard and the U.S. 8140/8570.01-M directive, guaranteeing their expertise in maintaining and servicing personal computers, laptops, desktop and mobile phones, printers, and various peripherals.
In addition to holding this certificate, they also specialize in the specific technological segments they work in. Some of the major brands MR Service is authorized to service include MS, MSGW, Vivax, MS Energy, Philips, Lenovo, Samsung (IT segment), Ecovacs, Vivo, D-Link, ASUS, and many others.
