KOMERC MALI D.O.O. was founded in 1993 with its headquarters in Prnjavor.

In 2001, the company shifted its focus to the production of reinforcement mesh from hot-rolled wire, in cooperation with companies such as Elvako (Bijeljina), NS-Primeks (Prnjavor), and Ferrp-keš (Mostar). In 2005, the company built a production hall and installed modern production facilities with an annual reinforcement mesh production capacity of 55,000 tons.

The company is located in Prnjavor, at Magistralni put bb, while the production of reinforcement mesh takes place in the production halls located in Banja Luka, at 23a Dunavska Street.

Since 2008, KOMERC MALI d.o.o. has expanded its production facilities and established a company in Serbia under the name KOMERC MALI SRB d.o.o., headquartered in Kraljevci, at Rumska 94. A production hall with a usable area of approximately 5,500 m² was built for the production of reinforcement mesh (approximately 35,000 tons per year) and for the bending of reinforcing steel (approximately 35,000 tons per year).

In the reinforcing steel processing facility, ribbed reinforcing steel with diameters ranging from 8 to 32 mm is processed into simple and complex bending shapes. The facility also produces reinforcement cages for piles with diameters of up to 1.5 meters and lengths of up to 15 meters in various shapes.
