Lottery of Montenegro was founded in 1960 as a state-owned company, undergoing various organizational changes over time before being transformed into a joint-stock company in 1997.
As of January 1, 2025, it continues to operate as a joint-stock company.
The total share capital consists of 2,761,769 shares owned by 1,400 shareholders.

Production and broadcasting of TV programs for gaming and other related purposes

Association Membership
Lottery of Montenegro is the founder of the Association of Lottery Organizations of Southeast Europe, established for organizing joint lottery and other games of chance.
Concession Agreements
As of January 1, 2025, Lottery of Montenegro AD Podgorica holds 10 concession agreements for operating special games of chance on slot machines and electronic roulettes across 10 slot machine clubs, with a total of 140 gaming positions.
Additionally, the company has the right to organize games of chance via its own TV channel – TV 7, allowing it to offer all types of online gaming.
TV 7 – In-House Broadcasting
Lottery of Montenegro owns TV 7, a dedicated production unit that can be adapted for gaming activities. TV 7 was first launched on December 1, 2008, and has a broadcasting license from the relevant authority valid until 2029.
