Marina Bar is positioned on one of the most beautiful parts of Montenegro
It present the first and the biggest nautical and tourist centre, located at the entrance to the Adriatic Sea, 104 NM from Otrant door. With 270 sunny days per year is one of the sunniest nautical port in the Mediterranean and ideal place for active leisure and activities, hiking, kayaking and visiting the many cultural-historical sites and cultural events. Due to its favorable and attractive geographic position, the Marina Bar is an ideal and safe departing port for navigation of the picturesque Montenegrin coast.
The surface area covered by the Marina Bar together with seawater space extends to 148.000 m2. The capacity of the Marina is 660 sea docks and 250 land docks for winter shelter, and the length of the operational quay is 3700 m., petrol station, service hangar, and parking space. It is located in the city, thus the guest of the marina Bar are within a short distance from the historic center and town shopping area.

The procedure of arriving at Marina Bar
I STEP- CHECK-IN AT PORT OF BAR
Master of the vessel is obligated to go in Port of Bar -passenger terminal-to clear the customs, police and getting the vignette (free traffic in territorial water of Montenegro), before arriving at Marina Bar.
Required documents:
- registration and seaworthiness certificate
- skipper and crew appropriate certificates of qualifications,
- crew and passenger list,
- insurance list,
- ownership or authorization for use
- for animals aboard a yacht, it is necessary to produce a veterinary certificate issued by the authorized institution of the domicile state of the animals’ owner.
I STEP -ARRIVAL AT MARINA
When you clear the custom and police, proceed to MARINA BAR to your reserved berth.
Each arrival of vessels at MARINA BAR must be announced to the marina by the master of vessel, on VHF CHANNEL 09 or BY PHONE +382 30 317 786
Master of the vessel is obligated to announce the arrival to the reception desk of the marina and to present identity certificates, vessels’ documents, and a list of crew on board (except for the vessel which has a contract on the permanent berth in the marina.
