Mladegs Pak is a producer of delicious, high-quality, and safe food products from Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a manufacturing tradition dating back to 1989.
We currently employ over 200 workers, and our products are available in more than 30 countries around the world. The dedicated employees of Mladegs Pak, together with the management, work daily to ensure the quality and integrity of the entire production process of our wide range of food products.
Our product portfolio includes 350 different items, as well as two domestic brands—Bonito and Dominus. Thanks to the commitment of all our employees, the products we manufacture easily find their place in the market. We ensure compliance with the highest international food production standards every day.

Getting the best out of the organic raw materials we use requires top-tier equipment, technology, and know-how. Our newly constructed facilities span over 8,000 m² and are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery from world-renowned manufacturers such as Volpak, Breitner, Sigma, and Ila Pack.
A clearly established management system is focused on the continuous improvement of all business processes within the company. This approach has resulted in obtaining prestigious certifications such as HACCP, IFS Food Version 7, SMETA, and ISO 9001:2015, accompanied by regular monitoring to ensure compliance with the standards.

Distribution
By signing a partnership agreement with the FMCG distribution company Dukat d.o.o., we have ensured a strong presence of our products across all sales channels in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as expansion into new European markets such as Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Ireland, Finland, Hungary, and others.
In addition to European markets, our products are also available in the United Arab Emirates, Angola, and Australia.
