The majesty of the music created from the delectable Indian cuisine has no parallel, no comparison even across the wide expanse  that  is  colourful,  contrasted,  sensuous,  India. The  subtle  change in  rhythm  is experienced as  spices are intensified, blended, crushed, and forced into ardent embraces which  bring to our palates,  Sattva (balance), Rajas (passion) and  Tamas (indulgence).  The three main groups that make up the Indian orchestra of culinary pleasure.

Our team of  Indian chefs will  bring  the  stark then  subtle diversity,  recognised then  unknown flavours  and aromas of the real music of  India to your  plate.  They will prepare,  blend and combine all the fresh spices from the first note to the complete symphony of each dish to give you  a genuine  taste  of  India.

You can try Sushi of delicate variety, finest Sashimi fried in crispy tempura prepared at an ideal temperature, freshest Salmon and tuna served on a bed of ice; adding to the freshness and pure, clean flavours, and accompanied with a touch of homemade soy sauce and dab of wasabi.
