The Vichy opera house is an opera house located in Vichy in the Allier department . Unique in France with its “Art Nouveau” architecture, it presents a decoration declined in a harmony of gold, ivory and yellow. The hall can accommodate 1,482 spectators.
The Vichy Opera offers a year-round program: the Season (from September to May) presents a multidisciplinary program: theater, dance, opera, humor, concerts, etc. and since 2018, a summer festival 2 (fromJuly 14th at August 15th) with lyrical, symphonic, jazz and world music sounds.
