Pavić (d.o.o.) Ltd. Livno was founded on August 19, 1993, under the name Combi-Commerce, which we operated under until March 1, 2000, when we changed our name. The company’s activities include wholesale and retail trade, hospitality, production of meat products and sauerkraut, and transport.
Over the years, we developed the company starting with one store, then expanding to a second, eventually leading to the construction of the large PAVIĆ Business and Shopping Center covering 5,000 m², which opened its doors in 2000. The PTC PAVIĆ houses a wholesale section for general goods, a shopping center, a restaurant, a wedding hall, and the Panorama Motel, as well as the Brižine agricultural market.
The success of Pavić Ltd. Livno is largely due to the high quality of services we provide and our ability to recognize and meet the needs of our customers. Additionally, well-coordinated teamwork plays a key role, without which it would be difficult to manage the company. The owner and director of the company is Pere Pavić, who successfully runs the business with the help of his family.

USTRY
The activity of producing and processing meat products dates back to 2005. The production facility was officially put into operation in 2009 with the issuance of certificates for the quality management system – according to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard – and the food safety management system according to HACCP requirements. On the same day, the facility also received an export number in order to expand the market to regional countries.
The continuous increase in production and sales of the Pavić brand products is a direct result of producing high-quality goods in a traditional way. This growth in production and sales led to a change in the company’s main activity to manufacturing in mid-2016.
The production facility located in Žabljak, Livno, became inadequate for further expansion of the Pavić brand. Therefore, in 2013, the management decided to purchase real estate and land belonging to the former textile factory Livtex. The properties were found in a devastated state, prompting a reconstruction and adaptation process to meet the needs of the meat industry.
To date, all construction and electrical works have been completed, and final preparations are underway to equip the new facility. The reconstructed buildings of the former factory span 18,000 square meters, with the meat industry project occupying 7,000 square meters, leaving room for planning future food production capacities – the direction in which the company sees its growth.
Once the new facility is operational, production capacity will increase from the current 3 tons/day to 8.5 tons/day of processed meat. At the same time, the technological and production processes will be improved, new production lines will be introduced, the product range will be expanded, the quality of existing products will increase, production costs will be reduced, and new jobs will be created.
With the opening of the new plant, Pavić will expand its product range by introducing new items previously not offered, primarily canned products (pâtés, cold cuts), poultry products, ready meals, and fresh meat.
Although we started with modest production and limited capacity – and did not anticipate the results we are achieving today, namely a 100% increase in sales year over year – the results clearly show that the Bosnian market lacks high-quality producers of meat products.
Pavić cured meat products are available to customers in all retail outlets under the company name, as well as in well-stocked stores and shopping centers across Bosnia and Herzegovina (in over 2,000 retail locations nationwide). The products are also available in Serbia and Albania.
With the launch of new production lines and the creation of new capacities, we see the next stage of market expansion taking place in neighboring countries. The new facility is expected to be operational at the beginning of 2018. At the same time, the organizational unit will change location and adopt the new name: Pavić Meat Industry.
