 We strive for a comprehensive approach to our clients. First, we take a history (discuss the problem, its cause, course, related circumstances), perform an examination and choose the subsequent therapy. This is followed by home instruction and recommendations for changing life stereotypes, work or home environment. After the end of the therapy prescribed by the doctor, we offer the opportunity to continue the therapy regularly for direct payment. This will ensure the prevention of relapses through motivation and control over learned exercises. We also offer group courses in Pilates, yoga, SMS system, DNS, exercises for overweight women.
