Ribnica Commerce D.O.O. was originally established as an importer and distributor of food products. Over the years, it has developed and perfected its own distribution and sales network throughout the entire territory of Montenegro, supplying all existing retail systems and small-scale buyers with goods from its wide product range. Today, Ribnica operates a modern logistics center, a contemporary warehouse, as well as specialized storage facilities for chilled and frozen goods, enabling the company to handle distribution and logistics for all types of products.
Sales in the field are carried out by sales representatives – product managers – while the transport and delivery of goods, completed within a maximum of 24 hours, is managed using the company’s own fleet.
Since 2011, the company’s operations have been significantly improved by implementing the ISO 9001:2008 standard, which was later upgraded to ISO 9001:2015, as part of an integrated HACCP system.
