This includes the entire process of producing beef, veal, pork, and lamb—from animal breeding to the dispatch of finished products.
To ensure our consumers can trust our products, we have developed a traceability system, which is an organized system for monitoring and controlling the movement of meat and meat products—from breeding, slaughter, processing, distribution, and all the way to the final customer. This organized monitoring system begins with the breeding of animals on our specialized farms, which, in accordance with the highest standards of animal care and welfare, are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment from renowned European manufacturers.
The reception of raw materials, production, and dispatch of finished products are under constant supervision by technologists and veterinary inspectors, who conduct daily inspections of the production and distribution of food of animal origin, as well as oversee product labeling and hygiene compliance and quality.
Our production facility operates in accordance with HACCP standards, and we have a certified food safety system, as well as ISO 9001:2015 certification, which pertains to management and quality control.
