Company Deltaplast was founded in 1990, with its headquarters in Užice
Since then, this family-owned business has expanded its activities and enriched its production program by following trends, primarily in the FMCG industry. During the first 10 years of its existence, the production program consisted of paper confectionery as well as wooden sticks for ice cream.
Entering the new millennium, the company’s core activity became the production of aluminum caps for various dairy industry products. Equipped with the latest printing technology and modern machines for stamping and folding caps, Deltaplast offers customers attractive solutions and high-quality aluminum packaging manufactured in accordance with HACCP and ISO standards, using laboratory-controlled materials.
Through continuous investments in technology and the extensive experience and knowledge of its employees, the company is focused on innovation and the constant improvement and expansion of its production program. Following trends in both the domestic and international markets, today the company offers modern packaging solutions such as shrink sleeves and IML (In-Mold Label) labels.
Thanks to the latest generation printing technology and high-quality machines with 8 and 9 color capabilities, Deltaplast produces attractive labels that contribute to better visibility, appeal, and distinction of finished products.

Product Range
ALUMINUM CAPS AND FOIL
Aluminum caps are primarily used in the food industry, especially in the dairy and confectionery sectors.
The thermo lacquer on the aluminum foil ensures a high-quality seal on PS, PP, and PE containers.
Aluminum caps for the dairy industry include products made from lacquered aluminum foil for fermented dairy products, as well as mild and aggressive dairy spreads. They also include aluminum caps made from lacquered aluminum foil for fermented dairy products and anti-corrosion foil for mild and aggressive dairy spreads. The caps are folded around the edges, using needle folding and spiral folding techniques.
SHRINK SLEEVE Labels
Shrink sleeve labels, made from PVC and PET films, can be applied to plastic and glass bottles as well as plastic cups. Due to the ability to use a large surface area for graphics and text, shrink sleeve labels are widely used not only in the dairy industry but also in the water, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage industries, confectionery, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and household chemical products.
This technology optimizes the printed label surface with 360-degree graphics that conform to extreme container shapes. This flexibility is applicable to almost any container shape or size on various films. Such labels allow companies to create brands that have a personal and direct impact on customers.
UV Flexo technology is used, providing photographic quality images usually on transparent PET or PVC films. Shrink sleeve labels offer excellent scratch resistance, easy detection of unauthorized product use, and many other visual benefits to the final product.
IML LABELS
Deltaplast produces IML (In-Mold Labeling) for injection-molded, blow-molded, and thermoformed packaging. Due to its attractive and modern appearance, as well as its exceptional quality, IML is undoubtedly one of the most advanced and revolutionary technologies in the field of plastic packaging decoration.
This technology is used on buckets, cups, tubs, household and technical plastics, as well as many other plastic products. Today, packaging in the food industry, paint and coatings industry, and many others is unimaginable without IML.
