Founded in 1890, Vivantes Hospital “Am Urban” is one of Berlin’s oldest hospitals and today offers first-class and state-of-the-art medicine. Situated in the multicultural heart of Berlin, the hospital combines urban life with opportunities for relaxation and recuperation.

56,000 patients are treated each year in the hospital’s more than twelve specialist departments with almost 600 beds. The Comfort Ward, which was extended and modernized in 2016, features views over the roofs of Berlin.
