DESIGN
Architects and engineers at Zetagradnja design all phases of the building in accordance with the Detailed Urban Plan and the Urban-Technical Conditions of the specific location.
REVIEW
Once the Main Project is completed, it undergoes a review process. If it meets all standards and regulations, the project is granted a building permit and is ready for construction.
CONSTRUCTION
Civil engineers supervise the construction of the building, ensuring quality, deadlines, and compliance with the issued Building Permit and Main Project.
TECHNICAL INSPECTION
Upon completion of the construction work, a technical inspection of the building is carried out. If the building meets all technical criteria defined by the Main Project, a Usage Permit is issued.
HANDOVER
With the Usage Permit and the registration of the property, conditions are met for the handover of the real estate to buyers who have signed a contract and fulfilled all obligations to Zetagradnja.
