Kontiotuote Oy is a Finnish company that manufactures log houses and villas under the Kontio brand. Approximately 2,000 log buildings from around the world are delivered annually from the company’s factory in Pudasjärvi . 

Production 

Kontiotuote Oy manufactures log buildings for living and leisure. Selections include log houses, log villas and saunas, garages and courtyard buildings. The material of Kontio houses is used in various forms: round log, lamellar log and planed log. The wood is processed from start to finish at the company’s own production facilities. 

The production of Kontio houses is concentrated in the Pudasjärvi factory, from which about 2,000 buildings are delivered worldwide every year. The company’s turnover was EUR 45.7 million in 2016, of which exports accounted for 17%. The strength of the personnel in 2016 was 209 employees.
