Visitors entrance
Visits to patients are possible at any time of the day.
Visitors are kindly invited to behave in a manner that respects the patients’ need for peace and tranquility.

Reservations
At the same offices it is also possible to make a reservation to access outpatient services.
The reservation can also be by telephone or via contact form.

Saturday from 08.00 to 14.00
Withdrawal of reports
The report is delivered immediately or, at the latest, the day after the performance.
The reports can be collected by a person other than the interested party as long as they have a written proxy and a photocopy of the identity document of the interested party.
Admissions Service
The Admissions Office is open:
Monday to Friday 7.00-19.00 (all day)
Saturday 8.00 – 13.00.

Hospitalization
The hospitalization area has been structured in such a way as to guarantee respect for the user’s privacy and adequate hotel comfort. The rooms are equipped with:
- Air conditioning system
- Call device
- Television
- Wifi
- Internal and external telephone line
- In compliance with the legislation on the elimination of architectural barriers, each room is equipped with toilets for the handicapped.
Catering Service
The menu is prepared according to the instructions of a qualified Dietitian.
In the presence of acute illness, the needs can also increase considerably. In these situations it is not possible to generalize: the correct nutritional intervention is an aspect of the therapy, which must absolutely be personalized and prescribed by the doctor. Some subjects frequently present situations of chronic disease which are often the reason for different nutritional needs, compared to that of other hosts.
For this reason, the Santa Caterina da Siena Clinic provides a dietary handbook prepared by qualified dieticians who collaborate with the doctors belonging to the structure.
It is also possible to take advantage of personalized diets for patients with particular nutritional problems, food intolerances, etc. These diets are prescribed by the doctor and calculated by the dietician using specific weights, foods and methods of preparation.
It is also possible to request a catering service for accompanying persons.
Refreshment point
There are vending machines for drinks, cafeteria and snacks available to customers.
Religious Service
In addition to the spiritual assistance of the sisters, it is possible to request the assistance of a priest of the Catholic faith.
Those who belong to a cult other than Catholic can request religious assistance from their ministers of worship.
Transportation
Information about public transport, taxis and ambulances is available at the switchboard. If necessary, it is possible to request a taxi reservation at the switchboard.
