Autočačak d.o.o. is the general importer of Škoda vehicles and spare parts for Serbia and Montenegro.
The company Autočačak began operations in 1991 and soon after its founding established a business relationship with Zastava from Kragujevac. Autočačak became the first private company with a contract for the sale and servicing of passenger and commercial vehicles of this manufacturer. One year later, Autočačak signed a contract for the sale of FAP Mercedes commercial vehicles and parts, as well as a contract with Zastava Impex for the sale and distribution of Lada Niva off-road vehicles. During this period, the company achieved significant sales results, positioning Autočačak as a stable and growing automotive company.
In the spring of 1996, at the Belgrade International Motor Show, the owner and founder of Autočačak, Milenko Kostić, established a successful partnership with representatives of the Czech automotive company Škoda Auto. On May 7th of the same year, Autočačak officially became the general importer of Škoda vehicles. The trial agreement required the sale of 500 vehicles within six months. However, double that number was sold. This upward trend has continued to this day, with Autočačak proudly reporting over 100,000 vehicles sold in Serbia and Montenegro.
Autočačak is located along the main highway, at the entrance to Čačak from the direction of Belgrade. In addition to the company headquarters, the site includes a showroom, service workshops, a motel, and a restaurant. All facilities have been built to the highest European standards. In addition to Škoda vehicles, Autočačak also sells used vehicles of all makes and models, and provides comprehensive service offerings, including in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs, painting, wheel alignment, and bodywork services.
Besides its headquarters in Čačak, Autočačak also operates sales and service centers in Belgrade. Over the past years, Autočačak has developed a network of authorized Škoda dealers and service centers throughout Serbia and Montenegro.
