The Lycée Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague (“Franklin”), founded in 1894, is a highly selective Roman Catholic, Jesuitschool in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. It is regarded as the most prestigious French private school and has been ranked #1 lycée in France in the ranking of the newspaper Le Figaro. The Jesuit school includes:
- an elementary school (école primaire) (3 to 10 years old)
- a middle school (collège) with about 600 students (10 to 15 years old)
- a high school (lycée) with about 500 students (15 to 18 years old)
- a classes préparatoires with about 160 students (18 to 20 years old)
