Akumplast AD is a private company founded in the early eighties of the 20th century. The main purpose of the Company is the production of plastic battery boxes made of polypropylene.

Acumplast AD manufactures the first Polypropylene battery box in Bulgaria, replacing the previously used ebonite boxes.

From then until today the company specializes in the production of polypropylene boxes, lids and accessories for lead-acid starter and traction batteries.
