Järve Talu Holiday House is located 10 km from Otepää towards Arula on the shore of Lake Perajärv. Kuutsemäe Resort and Otepää golf course are located only 3 km from the Holiday House. 

There are rooms with all modern conveniences, a recreation room with a open kitchen, fireplace and a bath barrel in the house.
We rent snowboards and alpine skis in winter.
