Spesia Vocational College is a vocational special education institution operating in different parts of Finland , which was established at the beginning of 2018 when the vocational colleges Bovallius and Validia merged. With about 1,200 students, Spesia is the second largest vocational special education institution in Finland after Vocational College Luovi . Spesia operates throughout Finland, with headquarters in Jyväskylä , Järvenpää , Pieksämäki and Turku . Spesia also organizes training in several other locations.
