Bolnica Valjevo ima 1292-oje zaposlenih, od čega je 214 lekara, 18 stručnih saradnika, tri farmaceuta i 752 medicinskih sestara i tehničara. U ovom trenutku ima četiri doktora nauka, 9 magistara, 11 primarijusa i 27 subspecijalista. Bolnica raspolaže sa 652 postelje i 35 neonatoloških smeštaja. Prosečna dužina hospitalizacije je 7,5 dana.
