Aina Group Oyj is the parent company of a group formed of Hämeen Sanomat Oy and Hämeen Puhelin Oy. The Group’s business areas are media and ICT technology. The media business is carried out by Hämeen Sanomat and its subsidiaries (eg Hämeenlinna Kaupunkiuutiset, Hämeenlinnan Viikkouutiset and Iskelmä Janne ). The ICT business is carried out by AinaCom Oy , to which e.g. Hämeen Puhelin Oy and Finnet Com Oy.

AinaCom Oy is an ICT service company belonging to the Finnish Aina Group, which offers advanced communication solutions for companies. In March 2014, Sonera announced the acquisition of AinaCom’s consumer business and fixed networks.
