The Avenue Louis Bertrand (in Dutch : Louis Bertrandlaan ) is an avenue Brussels the town of Schaerbeek that starts at the foot of the Saint-Servais church on Haachtsesteenweg and down to the park Josaphat by opening fork, one branch ending at boulevard Lambermont and the other at avenue Paul Deschanel .
