From the EU to the CIS countries, Asia and back
Initially, the Company carried out cargo transportation on closed trailers and semi-trailers of the euro-tent type; mega; 120 and 160 cc couplings, container carriers, as well as refrigerator trucks maintaining the set temperature from Europe to the CIS countries and Central Asia, and in the opposite direction.
Later, the company completely reoriented the operational activity direction and changed its own transport of semi-trailers to open, low loader, sliding and multi-axle platforms to increase the possible loading length, height and tonnage of transported goods in order to transport oversized, extra-heavy and long equipment for industrial, energy and agricultural needs. Also, powerful trucks with a 6×2; 6×4; 8×4 wheel formula were added to the fleet.
Following this, «BOLIVAR LOGISTIC» Group of Companies expanded the geography of countries to which goods and a range of services are delivered by adding an expedition, implementing a turnkey door-to-door delivery project using various means of transport – starting from the sea (ferries, barges and charter vessels), to the railway and by air, using our own vehicles in some parts of the cargo transportation along the route.
Today, «BOLIVAR LOGISTIC» Company has survived two global financial crises in 2008 and 2014, has managed to accumulate its own resources and grow, reaching 80 units of specialized equipment updated regularly, and having its own base, service and head office, which is located in Liepaja, Latvia – a convenient location with Liepaja port and railway being in the very center of the flow between East and West.
Every year the Company carries out more than a thousand international multimodal oversized transportations and this is not the limit.
