The Veszprém plant is one of Continental’s 10 sites in Hungary. It started its production activities 25 years ago. With its nearly 2,600 employees, the company manufactures different sensors for automotive safety systems in high quality for all automobile manufacturers over the world. The company’s production capacity is constantly expanding, and its research and development activities are also developing. It has its own Development Centre and Eastern-Europe’s largest test site, where nearly 600 development engineers work on the development and testing of electronic brake systems (ABS, ESC) and their components.
