What To Do
Not much to do but walk around the neighborhood and enjoy the area. It is a quiet town with a beach at one end and the airport at the other. The people are very friendly, so stop and say hello and also watch the fishing boats come in.
You must however see the Giugno Bridge in the Port of Fiumicino; its unique as its a lift bridge, that means the roadway lifts up so the ships/boats pass below it. The bridge crosses the Tiber river.
