Füzesgyarmat is a town in Békés county, in the Southern Great Plain region of south-east Hungary.
The city is famous for its hydrocarbon exploration and thermal water.

Approach
The road 4212 leading from Püspökladány to Szeghalom runs along the north-south direction of the settlement , on which the two endpoint settlements and the main roads 42 and ( from the direction of Szeged – Békéscsaba ) 47 can also be reached. The 4-inch main road Karcagnál leave available in the 4206-os route , the 47-to Debrecen – Berettyóújfalu direction of named Darvasnál we leave the 4225 Series road .
The road coming from Szeghalom is of good quality, then further in the direction of Püspökladány to the county border is still acceptable, but from there in Hajdú-Bihar county it is already of poor quality. The Karcag route, the Karcag – Bucsa section, has also been of acceptable quality since its recent renovation.
